The Bringing The Heat Jam-Styled Lindy Hop $800.00 and Trophy Winner Takes All Contest As you know there are no stringent rules to this contest.We will do a slow heat, a medium to medium fast heat, make the eliminations and bring it jam-style for the fast finale.Lifts and drops are allowed. Whatever turns you on through "your" dance is fine with me and the judging as long as it is clean and musical. Although it is a Lindy contest I will allow those that have particular talents in certain areas of swing dance to exploit those talents for one of their jam segments if they so desire. Aside from that you need to fuse your talents seamlessly and get back to the real deal as soon as possible. Swing era Charleston will be considered as Lindy but if you do "20's" Charleston get in and out quickly unless you use it as your one of your "get out of jail free card"! Other than that the best dancing couple wins! Please print the registration form below and fill it out in its entirety. All registration will take place on the night of the event. Please bring the registration form along with the $25 fee. Please bring exact change in cash. (checks will not be accepted on the night of). You will pick your number up at that point.
